Tash made everything super easy and was able to provide everything I needed when I needed it . She also had great knowledge on the property . I really loved having someone so responsive it made who whole process so much easier ! Would recommend her to anyone !
Tash was extremely knowledgeable of the Mermaid Waters area especially in regards to the price range of selling our property, we were happy with the starting price she recommended as it was the same she had in mind. Tash is very communicative, will let you know the opinions of potential buyers and she never pushed an offer on us, we trusted her throughout the entire selling process and she was very open, positive and realistic if something came up (which we had in our building and pest). Tash will work with you and try her hardest to get the selling results you are wanting.

Tash looked after the sale of our Palm Beach property. In less than 1 week she was able to secure a sale price above the asking price! The contract had no delays as she had a committed and genuine buyer. Tash was not only friendly and personable, she was excellent with the communication and kept us up to date throughout the process and was extremely efficient. Couldn't recommend her enough!
