Tash was extremely knowledgeable of the Mermaid Waters area especially in regards to the price range of selling our property, we were happy with the starting price she recommended as it was the same she had in mind. Tash is very communicative, will let you know the opinions of potential buyers and she never pushed an offer on us, we trusted her throughout the entire selling process and she was very open, positive and realistic if something came up (which we had in our building and pest).
