I brought Tash on board to take over the sale of my property after having no success with other agents for many months. Within a week she had the property sold for a price that exceeded my expectations. She was incredibly knowledgeable and efficiently navigated any issues that arose throughout the process. I would highly recommend Tash!
Tash’s knowledge of the suburb is fantastic. She always keeps you up to up to date with what’s going on and we had a good (and fast!) sale. I can highly recommend.
Tash was excellent and would highly recommend. A straight shooter who delivered on a sales price exactly what she originally estimated and better than what other local Vic Park real estate agents estimated. Thank you Tash and appreciate all your hard work to sell my property and going the extra mile with preparing the property and selling as you instructed. Many thanks and happy xmas, Angus
We were very comfortable working with Tash. Once we met her, we were very happy to leave everything in her capable hands. She was very professional, down to earth and committed to selling our property. She knew the market and correctly assessed the property – then went ahead with the appropriate marketing. She was very diligent and PATIENT and catered to every request made by potential buyers. Nothing was too hard or too much work for Tash. She handled the sale completely – from start to finish. At all times we were kept informed of the situation. Tash was successful while other agents failed. And we were happy with the selling price. Thank you once again Tash.
We have both sold property and bought property through Tash in the past few years. Our most recent experience had been the purchase of an East Victoria Park property. This was a very simple, quick and easy transaction, with Tash facilitating a quick offer and acceptance, access for inspections and assistance to settlement. We have no doubt that Tash has a deep knowledge of the local areas, property types and suitability for different clients. We had a particular type of property in mind and found it within a couple of weeks. We recommend that others interested in the local area talk with Tash to get a great insight to the market and property types. We will certainly go to Tash again if we have a need in the future.
Tash's 'can do' attitude and enthusiasm about the Victoria Park/East Victoria Park area was reassuring and impressive. Her communication with us was timely and direct and we appreciated her insight and negotiation skills. She was a great agent for us and our house.
Tash was extremely professional, compassionate and dedicated to getting our recently inherited block sold at a difficult time for our family. She was organized, caring and proactive. The selling process was seamless. Couldnt recommend her more. Thank you Tash!
Tash was terrific for us. Really dialled into the local market, definitive and pragmatic advice, and highly responsive. We were very confident in her approach and she nailed it!
From the first home open I walked through with Tash I knew she was a good soul. Her professionalism and personality shone through, and made every house feel like a possibility. After months of visiting other home opens with pushy or expectant agents, it was Tash that kept us in mind, and encouraged us along to a home that she thought would be great for us. We were beside ourselves at finding the one! Her kindness and market knowledge was what found us our home in a competitive market. Best in the business, by far!
I appreciated Tash’s advice, and ability to read the market. She was no fuss and didn’t tell us to spend thousands of dollars getting the property “ready”, instead realising the importance of getting listed ASAP in the current market to capitalise on momentum.
After only two weekends Tash had the place sold for much more than the best offer achieved over two months with another agent.
I’ve bumped into Tash a number of times whilst looking for the right property. I’ve found her to be friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable about the area. She’s not a pushy sales person which I really appreciate. Instead She allows you to enjoy the property and makes herself available for questions in a friendly, relaxed style. With regard to buying, Tash made herself available for every step of the process always responding to queries promptly and effectively. Tash certainly reduced the stress associated with buying a property.
