Tash is adaptive, knowledgeable and committed to sale our house at the price we wanted. Communication was paramount and we always knew what was happening. She was working hard to make it easy as possible to get into our new home through her financial contacts.
Living in the country it is important to have a city agent that I can trust. My family and I have dealt with Tash several times over the past 8 years and would recommend her as a knowledgeable, no fuss agent who will get the best price possible. Also importantly, Tash is a career real estate agent who enjoys her work - and selling. A win-win! Thanks Tash!
Whilst on the surface my house looked like an easy sell it needed particular buyers. Tash was not one to pressure us to keep dropping the price instead she was very supportive, diligent and upbeat always chasing feedback from all purchasers. Tash understood our needs as sellers and it was like she knew what we were going to say without saying it. Well done Tash. Cheers Jon
Tash sold our house after 4 days on the market, with 1 home open, and an amazing offer in hand 6 hours later. We have been absolutely blown away by her professionalism, knowledge of the market, and how hard she advocates for sellers. Tash we can't thank you enough :) Thank you for making the selling of our house such a great experience!
Tash was amazing. This was my first time selling a property and from the start she made me feel at ease and as though I could trust her to do the best by me. She was honest, reliable and efficient, but most importantly I found her very personable and never felt that she was just telling me what I wanted to hear or trying to get a quick sell (even though it ended up selling in only two weeks for the price I wanted!). I’d highly recommend Tash to anyone :)
Tash knows the market very well & worked hard to get the results I wanted.
Tash provided us with excellent service during what was a challenging time given we listing during peak COVID shutdown. Her knowledge of the local area is one of the main reasons we elected to list with Tash and she is also very friendly and extremely prompt with all communications. I felt that she was an excellent advocate for both us as the seller and to the buyers which is something we have not had with previous agents. We would highly recommend Tash and would purchase or sell with her in the future.
Tash shows a great passion for real estate and has a good working knowledge of the local market. She is honest in the advice she gives and works very hard to achieve the best results for her clients. We have sold three houses and bought two through Tash, we have always been impressed by her enthusiasm and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her services.
After purchasing a new property through Tash, it was an easy but also a smart move to have Tash sell the property we were in. With great local knowledge, she was able to guide us in the right direction through the process keeping us up to date along the way and was super prompt with any enquires we had. Highly recommended.
Tash was a pleasure to work with, she was quick, responsive and friendly and very professional
Tash was very honest, thorough and gave sound, knowledgeable, well researched, reliable advice that helped with the decision making process. Very helpful in all aspects of the sale of my property.
We had a very good experience with our new home purchase with Tash and would recommend her to other purchasers without reservations. Ivor
