Tash was not one to pressure us to keep dropping the price instead she was very supportive, diligent and upbeat always chasing feedback from all purchasers. We bought our first home from Tash and her local knowledge of East Vic Park and the surrounding areas was great. She was quick to respond to any queries and meet building inspectors etc. at the house. As a first time buyer I didn't get much guidance from Tash around the whole process once the offer was accepted, so it's important to have the right people in your corner (broker, settlement agent etc.) to make sure all the necessary steps get ticked off. I would recommend Tash to assist with either side of a transaction.
