I recently sold my property through Tate Moore and Jas Stephens. From the initial conversation with Tate I knew that the sale of my property was in good hands. Tate was able to talk me through the pro's and con's of my property, its location and the current market conditions. I was surprised with Tate's initial valuation of my property and thought that he was being overly ambitious. But to his credit he delivered. After agreeing with Tate to place my property on the market within two days my property was photographed, floor plans drawn up, marketing material was in circulation and open for inspection times were locked in. My work hours are quite demanding and Tate went out of his way to see me and contact me after hours to make sure that I was up to speed and satisfied throughout the sales process.
