I would definitely recommend Tate and Jas H Stephens. I saw him in action at a couple of auctions and he stood out compared to other agents for his openness, attitude and integrity. After signing with him he didn't disappoint. He was very good at communicating and discussing strategies for the sale. He is knowledgeable about the local area and upfront and honest about what people want and what to expect. During the sale i was living elsewhere and Tate went above and beyond the call of duty to organize and oversee trades on my behalf. We ended up selling prior to auction and i felt i could really trust his advice through that decision process.
