This is our fourth property sale/purchase through Tavis. We keep working with Tavis as he is always professional and honest and we value his down to earth, honest communication style. Tavis and Dillon and Sons will continue to be our go-to real estate agency.
I would absolutely recommend Tavis for your real estate needs. Tavis was highly professional and kept me informed and updated every step of the way. I had complete confidence in Tavis in dealing with the purchase of our property.
We found Tavis and the team at Dillan & Sons Real Estate Agency a fantastic team to work with while we looked for our tree change. Tavis took all the time necessary to show us around the property and answer all of our questions. Right through the sale process we found the team to be responsive and eager to assist us through the process. We could not be happier! We are not looking to move any time soon, but if we were to, Tavis and the team would be the first call! Great job.
We found Tavis to be very professional in his approach to the sale in the initial stages and his attitude and knowledge made what could have been a difficult process relatively easy. His constant attention to detail covered all the bases and a constant information flow to the vendor kept us in the loop. Would be pleased to recommend Tavis to prospective clients.
Tavis is a pleasure to deal with and is very clear and concise with his communication. He is always available and quick to respond to calls and provide all the information required. Very impressed with the service provided by Tavis and his team at Dillon & Sons and we are grateful for his hard work.
Right from the start of the buying process Tavis was nothing short of outstanding, he knew answers to all questions we had about the property we bought and the surrounding area. Tavis made the entire process from start to finish seamless and quick his knowledge in realestate is second to none. Highly recommended
Tavis Chivers was the best agent anyone could have. He was at all times very professional and we appreciated his honesty and respectful ways communicating with us. We would highly recommend him to anyone selling their property.
Tavis was reliable, punctual and easy to talk to. He assisted in making the process of buying our property enjoyable and low stress. He kept us updated and always returned phone calls and emails in a timely manner. He was always approachable and made the buying process simple and straight forward. 100% I would recommend Tavis as an agent.
This is our third property we have sold through Tavis and the experience was just as good as the first sale. Tavis is a true gentleman and professional, with an A-grade approach to service. This last sale took a little longer than usual due to Covid and Christmas, but he persevered and obtained the selling price we were wanting. Thanks Tavis, I look forward to you running our next sales program.
Tavis expertise in real estate is remarkable. He goes above and beyond, and nothing is to challenging for him.
We were extremely happy with the service we received from Tavis and the team at Dillons. We were kept up to date right through the process, and Tavis has a great knowledge of the local area and in particular rural properties. We would highly recommend Tavis to other buyers and sellers.
Tavis is amazing, so great to deal with. His knowledge of the area is invaluable and he always gets the best for his clients. One of the most professional agents I have ever worked with. He really cares about his clients. He never loses his cool and just wants to find a solution if a problem does come up.
