Tavis Chivers was excellent in communication both with us and with potential buyers. He was meticulous in his detailed examination and photography of our rural property, and his local knowledge was invaluable. He and his team brought about a very rapid sale at our desired price. We would recommend using an agent with local knowledge, such as Tavis, when buying or selling a rural property.

The preparation and sale of our property at Drovers way,Dungog was carried out with all expectations met.

After many months of searching for the right location with many agents , Tavis from Dillon and Sons found the perfect match . We found Tavis fabulous to deal with always very professional keeping us up to date with everything.

Tavis has been very helpful and certainly knows about real estate and the local market. He always kept me up to date with the sale process which made our purchase a smooth transition.

Would highly recommend buying or selling with Tavis, we had been looking for a while and we viewed a number of properties that Tavis was selling and he was always very professional, and had great knowledge of all the properties. Tavis is easy to deal with and upfront and made the buying process a pleasurable experience. If you're looking for an experienced knowledge local agent give Tavis a call.

Tavis was recommended by a neighbor, for very good reason. He told us Tavis was direct, honest & very efficient. This recommendation was 100% correct. My daughter( a co executor of my son's Estate), & my son's 3 children(beneficiaries) were present at our first meeting. Tavis told it at as it was, didn't hold back on opinions, options for improvements, etc. At the time my 2 granddaughters were taken aback by his directness. Honesty sometimes hurts. After Tavis left, we discussed the meeting in detail, & all were in complete favour of engaging Tavis as our agent. We had no regrets!

I like tavis as a person and I like dealing with him in his professional capacity as a real estate agent . he is a “can do” agent and if you need to get it done, tavis is the guy to help. immediate, personable and pragmatic. highly recommended.

Tavis Chivers was extremely diligent and professional. I was provided with detailed and accurate information regarding the property market in the area and was updated every step of the way through the process of selling. I have no hesitation in recommending Tavis’s services.

The "go to " people in Dungog. Tavis is professional and accurate with his appraisal of the area market . Got it sold quickly with out any hassles. Highly recommended.

I found Tavis Chivers to be very approachable and easy going , he made buying our new family home as quick and as smooth as possible and made sure he was very prompt in returning our phone calls and enquiries. Tavis is very professional and made sure he met the sale of the house promptly, working outside the standard business hours to close the purchase. Tavis kept us informed throughout the sale updating us with any information along the way. Tavis has sound knowledge of the local area . I would highly recommend Tavis to anyone wanting to purchase a property.. We look forward to many great years in our new family home Thanks again Tavis

Can't fault the experience, Tavis is a knowledgeable agent that tells it how it is and kept me informed the whole way

I was really happy with the information Tavis provided prior to my purchasing the property. He has the attitude that all potential buyers are future neighbours and it is worthwhile giving them the best information possible. Thanks Tavis!
