I dealt with Taya several years ago as I marketed my townhouse in Merrimac with a very difficult tenant and due to this a non sale. Years later I searched the internet for Taya and Taya only, to help list my property again. Taya worked with me as the place wasn't fit for a photo shoot or an open house to be honest, she did a fantastic campaign working on the potential of the place and reassured myself and the tenant that all will be ok. After a second campaign the property sold and with other issues to sort out like breaking the tenants lease she provided great advice and made everything a smooth process. I settle at the end of January but Taya has made me sleep well knowing she is on my side and has all the answers to a difficult sale. Taya is well knowledged in most areas and if she was unsure she would find out in lightening speed. Taya kept me up to date on all open houses and all other feedback from buyers the tenant the onsite manager and the market. I wouldn't hesitate to sell with Taya again as the process was so smooth under abnormal conditions. Job well done Taya, a job well done.
