I decided to put my investment property up for sale after my tenants broke their lease, I chose Taya to act on my behalf after reviewing 3 prospective agencies. Taya was fantastic she organized quotes with tradesmen as I was considering doing some renovations before putting my property up for sale this was even before I gave her the contract to sell my property. Her appraisal was accurate and not giving me a higher price just to get the contract of sale as some other agencies do, during the sale process Taya always communicated with me submitting all offers from prospective buyers as I'm in Melbourne it was very comforting as I knew what's happening at all times she's a hard worker and works until late in the evening as well as weekends and always contactable which is important to me being so far away, Taya recommended getting a building inspection on an issue I had with some cracks on the outside of the render as it would be nice to know if the problem was minor or something more serious so we could inform prospective buyers. It ended up being a minor problem but it was great to have the building report to show buyer's what it was, Taya organized the building Inspector for me all part of the service. I would definitely recommend Taya for anyone wanting to sell their property as Taya goes above and beyond any other agent I've dealt with in the past.

Taya is highly professional, and produces great results.  As a non Gold Coast resident, we relied on our agent a great deal.  Covid19 prevented us from personally visiting our property during the sale.  Taya has worked beyond the call of duty to help and to smooth out the process of remotely selling a property.  She gave us advice and updates regularly.  She even personally helped buy a set of blinds for the property to make it look much more appealing.  We thank Taya for all her hard work and we are very happy with the result.
