He went above and beyond every step of the way to make sure the sale was a smooth and easy as possible. I just listened and followed his plan he set out and because of it we manage to get a nice quick sale and for a very good price.
Taylor and his team were incredible throughout the entire campaign. As a time-poor investor, I faced significant challenges with this property, particularly because it involved a tenanted investment and a property manager who had gone into receivership. Taylor went above and beyond his duties—not only did he communicate with the tenant and handle the notice to vacate, which wasn’t his responsibility, but he also assisted in transferring the property to his property management team for short-term management. This was all before the sales campaign even began. His commitment didn’t stop there. Taylor took on the additional challenge of finding a suitable place for the outgoing tenants, once again going beyond what was required. After the property was vacated, he organized all necessary trades, including painting, cleaning, and minor renovations. The team then executed an excellent strategy, managing to sell the property at auction with just a single bidder and still achieving the reserve price—a fantastic result! The day before the auction, Taylor met with me over coffee to explain his approach for a two-bidder auction (even though only one bidder showed up on the day). I honestly cannot thank Taylor and his team enough; their work was incredible. I highly recommend them—Taylor's energy is contagious, and he is truly passionate about what he does!
