Taylor and his team (Courtney, Harry, Filip and Amanda) are the best. They pretty much guaranteed sale of our property at auction. They were well organised ( we interviewed 4 agents and Taylor is the only person who used a calendar) and always kept us updated about inspections and buyers feedbacks. I loved their use of social media too. They were so hard working: they did 7 open homes during the auction week which I do not think other agents do. They were also fun to work with particularly Taylor who has a very good sense of humour which is much needed as selling properties can be very stressful at times for owners. He went above and beyond every step of the way to make sure the sale was a smooth and easy as possible. As a time-poor investor, I faced significant challenges with this property, particularly because it involved a tenanted investment and a property manager who had gone into receivership. Taylor went above and beyond his duties—not only did he communicate with the tenant and handle the notice to vacate, which wasn’t his responsibility, but he also assisted in transferring the property to his property management team for short-term management. This was all before the sales campaign even began. His commitment didn’t stop there. Taylor took on the additional challenge of finding a suitable place for the outgoing tenants, once again going beyond what was required. After the property was vacated, he organized all necessary trades, including painting, cleaning, and minor renovations.
