Taylor made buying our investment property easy, even though we were purchasing from NSW. She was honest, responsive and kept us informed from first enquiry through to settlement. We'd recommend her to any buyer, especially those buying from out of town. She replied to our enquiry the same day and was upfront about the property's condition, including water damage and ceiling repairs. Once we made an offer, she prepared the paperwork the same day, handled the contract variations efficiently and kept communication clear right through settlement.
