While deciding to sell our investment property we were noticing most new sales in Mirador were popping up and having a Dwyer’s Realestate signs out front, my wife and I started to notice out of all the estate agents in the area everyone was choosing Dwyer’s, that immediately made us both realise these guys were not only proactive in getting listings but making sales, so for us it was an easy choice, from our first introduction we knew these guys were the one’s to sell our property. From the first open home to the sale and when I say sale a very quick one, the team we had was Tania and Max nothing was an issue for either of them at all, every interaction either face to face or via phone the professionalism and friendliness was beyond amazing.
