Seamlessly Easy Sale with Team Dwyer

While deciding to sell our investment property we were noticing most new sales in Mirador were popping up and having a Dwyer’s Realestate signs out front, my wife and I started to notice out of all the estate agents in the area everyone was choosing Dwyer’s, that immediately made us both realise these guys were not only proactive in getting listings but making sales, so for us it was an easy choice, from our first introduction we knew these guys were the one’s to sell our property. From the first open home to the sale and when I say sale a very quick one, the team we had was Tania and Max nothing was an issue for either of them at all, every interaction either face to face or via phone the professionalism and friendliness was beyond amazing. Tania was always there step by step and Max by her side, my wife and I have bought and sold houses for many years and this by far was one of the easiest to say the least, I don’t say this lightly it’s probably one of the most stressful times, but not with these guys, Tania’s experience will guide you easily through the process, her experience is nothing short of exceptional, Tania and Max thanks so much, BUT your job isn’t finished our place is next lol, we can’t wait you get back on the team Dwyer train and sell our place in the very near future, thanks again.
