we enquired about selling our poperty that we have had for several year and were put on to Ted through the receptionist. We contacted Ted firstly just to get an indication of the resale value of our block of land. Unbeknown to Ted we had been speaking to another agent prior and had their suggested price to market our vacant block on Russell Island for.
