Lack of communication, no urgency, no attention to detail and uninspiring. Only when I advised Ted I was changing agents after a lacklustre 4 months and no offers, he then decided to fire up and get things happening. Ted also communicated to much information to our tenants, offering them incentives on our behalf with no agreement from us, making for an awkward settlement. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend.

We purchased our new home through Ted Pankhurst, who was was the selling agent. It was a difficult and complex settlement process. Settlement was delayed by 3 weeks. Ted's ability to very carefully and diplomatically manage communication between his client and us was outstanding. Throughout the process Ted very skillfully protected his client's interests.
