Our experience was actually through Imelda (Ted's wife and business partner). We met her at another home open saying that that home was too big and described what we were looking for. She described a place she thought would meet our desires then arranged for us to see it in conjunction with an appointment Ted had with another prospect (it was a rental home so only a narrow window in which to inspect the property). It did meet with what we were looking for so later we lodged a bid which was accepeted.
