When meeting him at the inspection of one property, he drew my attention to another that had become available off market, being the property I ended up deciding to purchase. Following inspection, Ted checked in with me throughout the week to help give me the best chance at being the successful purchaser. He explained the timeline of steps to take if I were keen to purchase the property before it goes to market (I was). Contact like this has a tendency to come across as pressure sometimes, but in this case I didn't feel pressured by Ted.
