It's not until you experience working with Ted you realise how rare people like him are. Ted listens, he's informative, and guides you all along. He was always available to talk no matter how small the query was. And the process never felt like just a transaction. Thank you Ted for helping us buy our home and at the same time guiding us.
I contacted Ted at very short notice and he was able to assist me. He is a pleasure to do business with and his expertise and knowledge belies his age. Ted understood exactly what I was looking for and guided me through the entire transaction. Ted is a master of the negotiation process - I am thrilled with my purchase and I have no doubt the vendor is also happy with a quick sale at the price he wanted. I would highly recommend Ted to anyone looking to buy in the area.
Ted’s experience and support and willingness to work within my schedule for inspections was incredibly helpful in finding the right place in the end
Always great working with Ted, courteous, professional and service with a smile.
Ted was helpful and knowledgeable. He responded to all requests in a timely manner and provided a simple buying experience.
Ted was very attentive to our needs and facilitated not only in the negotiation process but also in the pre-settlement process. Albeit he acted for the vendor, as buyers, we were very pleased with his assistance throughout the process. I'd recommend him to vendors and to buyers.
I've worked with Ted a few times now, every experience is effortless, professional and highly experienced.
Ted made the purchase of our property easy. All calls were answered and questions answered, no mucking around.
Ted was an appreciated part of the team that worked with us through to purchase our property and was great to close out the process with him. He was super responsive, kept us updated on all activity and was both professional and friendly.
Ted was fantastic. Contacted me as soon as I expressed interest in the property and was very easy to deal with. Thanks Ted for helping us purchase the perfect property for our needs.
