Ted was superb. His pre auction advice, activity and marketing was excellent. The auction was very successful, achieving a price significantly above reserve. Ted's performance as auctioneer was the best I have seen.

Through out the marketing campaign both Ted and Tony had constantly advised us and kept us inform on the results of the inspection openings and the datas received from realestate.com.au, domain .com.au and potential buyers comments and feedback. We could have not asked for more. Although initially there were a minor discrepancy in the description of the property between the realestate and domain sites with the myfun property site this was quickly attended to. The other minor issue was with the request for not disclosing the sale price but one of the the two properties were disclosed but on the wrong property. Tony immediately check with the marketing department to ascertain the mistake. Speed, lateral thinking and immediate actions from Ted team has to be congratulated. Ted and his team have conducted themselves professionally and with their hard work prior and during the auction day had brought the sale to a successful close, even to the extend of pursuing for a higher sale figure from the second highest bidder when the successful bidder fail to sign the agreed price contract. All I can say to Ted and his team Thank you for a job well done and I will recommending them and be using their service in the future.
