I first met Teena when I was inspecting another house she was selling and was impressed by her direct and honest approach, and that resulted in me using her to sell my property. Although the agency is not a large national one, I was very pleased with her marketing plan and surprised by the number of potential buyers that Teena introduced to the property. Unfortunately Teena passed the property through to her partner after the first 4 weeks and so I cannot rate her negotiation skills, and as the review cannot be accepted without a rating I have used the medium level of 3, although I am sure she would have excelled if she had been involved. I would strongly recommend Teena to anyone looking for an agent for their property in Darwin or surrounds.
