It was time to sell our home, but as we had not lived in this area very long, we did not know which agent to choose. A friend of our daughter's suggested Wayne and Teena Vaughan as they had sold her home and she had been very happy with how it all went and the result. Once this decision was made we then had to make the decision to go to auction, which both of us were not comfortable wit h. However, Wayne and Teena convinced us that this was the best way to go. To whomsoever it concerns, We engaged Wayne and Teena (W&T) to sell our property in Epping. Due to various restrictions and easements in the property, combined with the current housing market, it was a not an easy task. I must say W&T did not waver in their enthusiasm, were persistently positive and till we finally secured a buyer this weekend. The time had finally come for us to leave our beloved home we had lived in for over 33 years. Selling the home we loved was going to be a difficult undertaking.
