Terase managed the sale of my sydney property by auction. I live overseas so was not able to be present at all and with a 10 hour time difference, it was a challenge to communicate and keep up to date. I purchased in Q4 2019 which is just about when the market spiked again due to an increase in confidence. I had viewed some 40+ properties and attended 8 Auctions without any luck and I figured I'd left my run too late. I was about to take a break from what became a very frustrating experience however was lucky enough to bump into Terase. She very quickly read the situation by connecting the dots between my position (as the buyer) vs the seller's vs the tenant's which gave me the insight to push forwards with confidence. It was a Godsend considering I was about to throw in the towel. I was very happy to finally meet an Agent who asked questions rather than simply hand out brochures.
I was a purchaser and Terase was the sellers agent. When she knew we were interested nothing was too much trouble for Terase. She was a great communicator - always a prompt response and reminders of what I had said. To be fair this has continued. She has looked after thing like the vendors gas bill which came months after we had changed it.
