We dealt with Terase as buyers, she was representing the seller so of course it was her job to get the best possible price for the property from us, she did this in a very friendly, communicative and pleasant way. She was helpful and approachable and made the experience of buying less horrible than it could otherwise be. Compared to other real estate agents that I have seen, she was a breath of fresh air....I don't even think she drove an Audi!

Without reservation we can say that Terase Caligeros has provided excellent service to us in the sale of our property as she did in the purchase of our new home. Right from the start we felt that we could trust her, and her advice and guidance has always been fair, appropriate and timely. The nature of our property was such that it did not easily fit into the market for its location. Some difficulties arose but Terase was always a steady hand and achieved a pleasing final result. In summary Terase was both professional and friendly and an excellent negotiator.

Terase showed the ability to understand our needs almost before we expressed them. She provided good guidance whenever asked and we always felt assisted and never pressured. This made the purchasing process relatively easy. Good advice included appropriate references to comparable properties. The final result was that we paid a price towards the upper end of the range but which we believe was fair. I did not want to rate Negotiation above because sale was by auction and did not require any negotiation. Since forced I rate 3 stars.

Terase sold us this property in 2001and now has assisted us with the sale of it in 2017. On both occasions the service she offered was excellent and made both occasions pleasurable experiences.

Terase has been a Real Estate Agent in Lane Cove for many years and knows the market well. During our dealings with her, she was always enthusiastic, helpful, and reliable; any queries were dealt with quickly. Terase has excellent communication skills and understands the needs of both vendor and purchaser - she is very good at her job. The 'NEGOTIATION' item does not mean much, as I feel this is more appropriate for the Vendor.

Terase Sold us 10/87 Burns bay road in 2003 and when we needed a total change in our mode of living Terase was there for us again.Never made unrealistic promises, and assisted us by advising how to handle our approach to selling agents in targeted areas.The advice she gave us enabled us to secure our next home .So Terase is not about just to sell us a home or sell our home ,she extended herself way beyond the remit of just being an Real Estate Agent . We developed a rapport over the years , and sincerely hope to maintain it after we move away from Lane Cove. Terase made it as smooth as possible to buy and sell our properties.
