right from the start Teresa was very honest with us so we knew the lay of the land - in some ways it was a difficult offer as believe it or not it was a spur of the moment thing we hadn't planned on buying a new house at all but just went for a look as it was an interesting house. Teresa was very fair in dealing with us and did a fine job during the negotiation stage we felt that as well as representing the seller she was also able to see our point of view and the fairness of the offer that we were putting forward we at no time felt that she was trying only to gain the best deal for the seller but that she was negotiating the best outcome for both parties. She kept us informed at all times as did we of progress thru the minefield that is conveyancing when it involved lawyers and financiers. By working together and keeping each other informed we were confident that all was going to work out in the end. Teresa also had no hesitation in contacting the seller when we had questions that needed to be answered and she attended to this very promptly. On settlement she sent a very nice gift which was unnecessary but certainly very much appreciated.
