Teresa was straight forward at all times and didn't pamper to our expectation as the property was in poor shape and had a limited place in the market. Teresa was always honest with us about the state of the property and what it would actually be worth when we go to market. The property had been let go by the property manager and we were advised on how to move forward with selling, this advise we acted on and Teresa was spot on, and now we couldn't be happier.
