Teresa worked hard to get our business right from the start. Not intrusively. She found us when door knocking one day in our street and we struck up an amiable relationship. She would visit or ring every 3 months or so to see how we were going. She came around and gave us a few suggestions to make our house more appealing to a wider market and we followed those directions. It is extremely important to listen to your agents ideas, and also their price guide. We had done our research by visiting other open homes in the area, and knew where our property sat within the market. Teresa aso felt that our house was within that price braceket. It took us 18 months to get there but we finally put our house on the market, and within 9 days Teresa had sold it to people who we feel love it as much as we do. We are now in our new home, and all within 2 months. Selling your house is never easy, but Teresa was always in contact during the sale process, and her friendly disposition and 'non-pushiness' meant that selling our home was as painfree as possible. I can't recommend Teresa enough.
