Terry has been the ultimate professional from Start to Finish of our sale I honestly cant speak highly enough of Terry. She has been there every step of the way for us, keeping us informed on inspections, offers and advising openly and honestly. The house was sold in 4 days and we couldn't be happier with the result. Terry simple allowed me to inspect the place and make a decision without interference. She was a guide, i.e., she did not glorify nor criticize the property, but simply show its (positive) features. Furthermore, I sensed, that she sensed, that I've inclined towards purchasing the house. As formality, she also showed me other properties.
