For this sale Terry suggested going to auction. Originally I was not in favour of this process but placed my trust in Terry's guidance that this was the way forward. Dealing with Terry Li and the team at Norwest Property has been a pleasure. From start to finish Terry was professional in his approach as to how to market the property with his unique brand of humour, laid back attitude and sensitivity when we had to put the selling process on hold and suspend everything for a period of 6 weeks. Terry was particularly sensitive when dealing with my tenant and maintained contact with myself and the tenant throughout. Neither of us felt rushed to return to the process and a sale was secured with the same care and concern. His communication, presentation and drone skills really enhanced the property's location in a very competitive market.
