Terry was always very prompt, courteous and professional whenever we had any queries including following up with the strata for arranging our dog permit, acting as the middleman for sellers offloading unwanted furniture, providing a direct contact into the strata company and the list goes on and on. Even when our initial viewing was over and Terry had somewhere else to be, he made time for us and showed us the building facilities before heading off. Really appreciate his efforts - excellent.
