When we had our first appointment with Terry. He explained the selling process, as this was our first home we sold. He would keep us up to date with everything as we go through the selling process what we needed to do as we went so there was no delay’s at settlement date. Good knowledge of the market and sensitive to changes. Terry helped me help my 88yo mother Patricia sell her house and move back to New Zealand. He was brilliant.
