When we had our first appointment with Terry. He explained the selling process, as this was our first home we sold. He would keep us up to date with everything as we go through the selling process what we needed to do as we went so there was no delay’s at settlement date. What Terry said on day one was exactly what he did. Very professional, The selling process was smooth. Will definitely recommend him to family and friends that want to sell.

Well where do I start! We bought through Terry a couple of years ago and it was great to see how he worked for the seller. Friendly, approachable and very professional. He was extremely knowledgeable when discussing pricing and made us feel comfortable increasing our offer. It was a no brainer when we decided to sell and we are so glad we used Terry. Good knowledge of the market and sensitive to changes. Terry helped me help my 88yo mother Patricia sell her house and move back to New Zealand. He was brilliant. In his initial meeting with us, he said one of his values was being 'relational' and our interactions with him certainly bore this out. He said "we do what we need to, to get the sale across the line" and he did. Many times he rang just as I was about to write an email to progress something regarding the sale.
