Absolutely fantastic experience working with Tessa on our recent property purchase. She made the whole process feel effortless — super clear communication, incredibly supportive, and always one step ahead. Couldn’t recommend her more.

Tessa was on hand for many viewings whilst on my house hunting journey. She was always friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Once I purchased, she stepped forward even further and helped me, my legal team and mortgage broker without batting an eye. If you are looking to purchase, sell or rent, Tessa and the team at Space are amazing to work with.

Tessa answered every question and responded quickly.

I arrived a few minutes after Tessa had packed up and was ready to leave the property but was still able to accommodate me inspecting it - It ended up being the property that I purchased. Then going through the motions of price negotiations, contract and info gathering, Tessa did so professionally and promptly. Always on the front foot and I really appreciated it. A quality agent makes a huge difference.

We know that buying at the moment is a very hard and stressful experience. Tessa had been emailing me directly with suitable properties after she reached out to ask what I was looking for. When my property came up I knew I wanted to make it mine. She helped with the whole process, from presenting the best offer to understanding time frames to making sure I had everything ready for settlement date. I truly feel Tessa went above and beyond and I would not have been successful in buying my dream property without her help.

Tessa was very understanding & went out of her way to assist when needed. Tessa is a good communicator & would recommend her services.
