Tessa and Sam were both super easy to deal with, responsive and very transparent throughout the process. Couldn't have asked for anything else from a selling agent - provided easy and flexible access as required throughout the settlement period, followed up queries as required and were genuine people to deal with.

Tessa was fantastic to work with through the buying process. Communication was exceptional at all times regardless of the number of questions. Tessa made the whole process from offer to settlement seamless, in fact this was the easiest property purchase we've ever made. Tessa made sure that necessary inspections could be completed without delay and was very accommodating. If we are ever in a position to buy or sell I'd certainly be contacting Tessa again.

I had the pleasure of working with Tessa to sell my apartment, and the experience was fantastic. Not only was did they make the process as easy as possible for me but also their professionalism, market expertise, and dedication ensured a smooth and successful sale.

Tessa is extremely approachable. From someone like me who's extremely new to house ownership and all the processes involved in it and can get easily overwhelmed with information, Tessa's great at breaking it all down to bite-size digestible pieces through her market knowledge and efficient communication.

A few minor hiccups along the way (none of which was she at fault), but Tessa managed to promptly take action and efficiently solve these issues, taking worries of my shoulders. Clear communication and prompt replies. She was absolutely lovely as well.
