Excellent experience with Tessa Thoroughly recommend very professional ,knowledgeable and efficient Made whole process steam lined Went above and beyond my expectations Such a breath of fresh air in this industry
Tessa was incredibly professional, hard working and thorough throughout the process and kept us informed (even after after hours and on weekends) on key developments etc. Tessa always had our best interests front & centre and consistently demonstrated this.
Out of many agents that we were in touch with in Brisbane, Tessa was the only one that actually found us exactly what we were looking for. She was always helpful and reliable in every way.
We really enjoyed dealing with Tessa for our recent purchase. She was excellent to deal with, and made our purchasing experience run like clockwork. Tessa was incredibly helpful answering questions, keeping in touch and offering advice for our inter-state purchase. Thanks so much Tessa for being such a great agent and we hope to work with you again in the future :)
Tessa was the most kind, helpful, and understanding agent I have even met. She always made herself available. Her communication was exceptional, and that also assisted with a speedy and hassle free contract negotiation and settlement. She always had a smile and make the process so easy. I would highly recommend Tessa and her team to anyone looking to buy. I can't thank her enough. I now have my dream home!
Tessa is the perfect example of an excellent real estate agent. She kept me updated at all times, communicated my messages with the seller accurately and efficiently; and went over and above throughout the whole sales process. Even to the extent of handing over the keys that my client Daniel purchased at the property; taking time to show us how they and the garage key worked. I have no hesitation in recommending Tessa to any seller or buyer.
Tessa was very professional , communication with me was excellent and my apartment sold quickly and the process was very smooth
Tessa is an exceptional agent. From the very beginning when I first engaged Tessa, to right through to the conclusion of the Sale when the deal was closed, Tessa has provided very high levels of responsiveness, professional advice, assistance and guidance throughout the whole process. She’s a very hard working individual. She manages her time very well. This shows up particularly in how promptly she replies to enquires, how effectively she runs her open home inspections and provides feedback on client’s appraisals of properties, and expressions of interest from Buyers. Tessa has a very comprehensive understanding of the inner Brisbane city property market for both Buyer, and Seller alike. The agency she represents: Space Properties at Paddington, is very fortunate to have Tessa on staff, though I know there are great people working with her in the background. The whole Sales process with Tessa and her agency was seamless and simple. Everything flowed well. I was also delighted with the resulting Sale which Tessa achieved for me. But even if the result had not been as successful as that achieved, I still consider Tessa as being among the highest calibre of agents I have so far encountered in the Brisbane City region. Thank you Tessa.
Tessa was fantastic! Great communicator and very knowledgeable of the area. Absolutely lovely to work with, recommend to everyone!
Tessa was always available to answer questions. Buying an investment property in a state we weren't that familiar with was quite stressful, but she was always available to us and helped make the experience a good one.
Tessa was super helpful during the rather complex contract completion. She responded quickly to any questions I had. Her professionalism was outstanding and her friendliness put me at ease and reduced the stress which comes with purchasing a property. Thank you Tessa!
Tessa was a pleasure to deal with from the initial inquiry- very prompt- to the viewing of properties- right until the key drop. Tessa you are very professional and thorough with the whole process.
