Having no business association or family connection with anyone at Lindellas, nor receive payment or incentive for the following: I present the comments below as my unsolicited findings, following our recent (July /August 2015) first business dealing with Lindellas Real Estate office in Box Hill. In employing Lindellas Real Estate in Box Hill in the sale of a house property in Box Hill North, I came to work closely with Mr Thai Tan their Sales Manager. I also came to understand that Mr Tan has good market knowledge and communication skills, also good credibility and negotiation skills, such that I came to appreciate and rely on his advice. Mr Tan presents as a clear thinking person and one who is savvy in a business and property marketing sense. I also came to know Mr Dennis Dellas - the apparent joint owner of the business - and my comments above extend to embrace Mr Dellas similarly as I describe Mr Tan. Furthermore, I believe Mr Dellas to be a very credible and savvy auctioneer, and a person who observably does his homework to properly market and auction real estate. Both Mr Tan and Mr Dallas appeared to me to have good support from Mr Jin Chen - Sales Executive and Ms Kalliope Barbaree - Accounts Manager; and I give credence to Lindellas being a long standing, respected and competent real estate agency under the First National umbrella.

When I first met Thai I found him to be very patient and helpful, providing lots of information and time for questions and clarification. He was very good at explaining the details of the sales process and the nature of the market to me, my prior knowledge was minimal.
