We had been speaking with Theo for several years before we took the plunge to finally put our house in Glebe on the market. In those years Theo was patient with us and never pushed us to sell when we weren’t ready. He kept us abreast of the market each time we spoke with him. When we finally did decide to sell the market had softened, with interest rates increasing, but Theo was confident he could not only sell our house but to also get us a price we would be happy with and he didn’t disappoint, achieving a great result prior to going to auction. Having worked in the area for many years Theo has a good knowledge of the Glebe area and market. He was enthusiastic and always responsive with contact, even missing his afternoon recharge naps if something needed attending to. He was always clear and informative with the whole selling process from start to finish, and gave us honest feedback from prospective buyers then clearly negotiated with all parties involved to make an exchange of contracts. We would highly recommend Theo to anyone looking to sell their property.
