I found Theo to be extremely helpful, and compassionate, I was buying after 48 years in my previous home, and needed a long as possible settlement, Theo got a 90 day settlement. I had a few problems after moving, which the sellers should have fixed, said they had, and hadn't. When I sent a txt or phoned Theo, he answered immediately, with a solution.
