Theo (and Nik) were absolutely fantastic. They really know their stuff and made the whole process a lot easier, keeping us informed throughout, being very prompt with responses to any questions (night or day) and following through with getting the items that popped up during the settlement process sorted. What we liked the most was the personal touch that went into their service, taking the the time to talk, and help where they could, even getting in their car and installing the window handle that was busted. This level of care hasn't always been my experience with other real estate agents. They were able to facilitate bringing forward the settlement day and also arrange for the home to be opened to get some trade quotes done which was very much appreciated given the tight turnaround before Christmas. I would certainly recommend them for selling or buying any property. They will take care of you.
