We recently sold our home through Place Real Estate and could not have been happier with the performance of our Agent, Therese CARMICHAEL. Although the experience proved to be very stressful it ended up being very enjoyable, thanks to Therese. By the time we were ready to list our property Therese had already provided us with a great deal of market research. With all the agents we dealt with she was clearly the most thorough with her research. When we finally made the decision to list our home we were confident that we had a good understanding of its value. The marketing campaign started off much better than we could have expected, with a fantastic number of groups viewing our home in the first weekend of open house. Following this first weekend Therese was able to present us with a number of written offers, one of was at an acceptable level.
