My association with Therese Carmichael began over 3 years ago following the death of my father. Family matters prevented me from selling the family property until recently. During this period, Therese has kept me up-to-date with sales in the area, provided me with photos of repairs following storm damage in November 2014, provided me with contacts for tradesmen and has generally kept an eye on the property when she was in the area as I live on the Gold Coast, the property being in Brisbane.
