The first thing I noticed about Thomas is that he is confident and well-spoken, but more than that I soon found him to be very knowledgeable and skilled. And then under the restrictions of Covid Thomas was able to continue the momentum, maintainng individual inspections and assisting in all aspects of his job as a sales agent. He is an excellent communicator, kept us well-posted and was always available for discussions via mobile. His office is close to the property we were selling which I think is a major advantage, but more than that, I got the impression that Thomas genuinely loves his job and works very hard to obtain successful results.

It is my very real pleasure to write this review about my Real Estate Agent Thomas Coussens, of Urban Property . I knew Thomas from a previous dealing and was impressed with him on that occasion. First I want to say that Thomas is every inch a professional ; highly competent, motivated and skilled, with a knowledge of his profession and human nature that extends beyond the norm. He is a young man with a vast knowledge of property , up to the minute information and cutting edge ideas. When you add this to a very sincere charm, and a readiness to go the extra mile , his tenacious personality never fails to get the job done; then without doubt you probably have the perfect agent in Thomas. Thomas had a brief to get my house sold in 30 days. He did it in less!

I can't find a fault with Thomas. He was considerate and mindful of our needs throughout the entire process of selling our home. We were an off-market listing, so off-market infact, that we weren't actually ready to sell, but starting to think about our options. When Thomas asked to show potential buyers through the property, I was almost rude. I wasn't willing to go to any effort, I had already had an alternate agent in mind to sell the property, but I said sure, thinking it was just a ploy to get my listing. I tossed the keys in the letterbox, headed off and didn't think much more of it. I received a text from Thomas as he left. He contacted me the next day, with a signed offer. It was too low. Again, I was dismissive, thinking he was 'buying my listing'. He persevered. He brought me an offer about 2 weeks later, on the Sunday of a long weekend, at my listing price, with terms that were acceptable to me, and an extended settlement date, to give me time to get my head around the fact that we were potentially sold. Our property needed work, it was pretty, but needed work, so I didn't have my hopes up, as we needed to make it through building and pest. I believe, due to Thomas's open style of communication, he had prepped the buyers to know that there were some issues, and much potential. B&P went through, the property settled. I was shocked, amazed and thrilled at the consistently excellent service I received from Thomas. He worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure I was not hassled by anything, at any stage.
