Right from the word go, during our initial conversation, Thomas resonated credibility , knowledge and openness. I have known Thomas for more than three years. He ethics and integrity stood out when I first met him and are the reasons I choose him to be may agent. Sadly, it can be an industry where there qualities can sometimes be lacking. When it comes time to sell a house, it can be a daunting process. From cleaning out all your old stuff, finishing the little jobs, getting ready for open homes, organising solicitors, finding somewhere to move to. The list can feel endless. Having someone working for you that you know you don't have to worry about is a huge relief. This is where Tom really shines. From the start when I first spoke with Tom about selling my property he was a pleasure to deal with. Sitting down with us to walk through the process and breaking it down to make sure it was understood, the open and honest nature while still keeping some humou in the process goes a long way through that initial set up period. Giving the full picture of how the process might unfold good or bad combined with a outline plan of when we would do certain things and clear guidelines as to what was needed from us gave confidence during the first stages. Working with his marketing contractors was a breeze and you really feel you are getting the best the market has to offer and I can't speak highly enough of the team that came to do the photos and videos. They captured exactly what we saw in the house when we first bought it. Tom's vision through this process again set us up to succeed. While the lead up process was fantastic, where Tom really shone was in the sale process itself. Communication was second to none in a time where getting good communication is near impossible. Phone calls before and after each open home or inspection, detailed reports on each person who came through the house, market data from the websites that were advertised and the extra effort of doing flyer drops in the area on meant I felt I knew everything that was happening through the process. All this lead to finding the perfect buyer for our house and a sale price higher than we had ever hoped. Overall I can't recommend Tom highly enough and if you list your house with him you will not be disappointed.
