Thomas was a great agent to work with - he was working under his boss, Matt, and was always there to back him up, and to ask any questions of. When Matt had to take some time off unexpectedly, Thomas stepped in to ensure the purchase of my property went smoothly. He was always flexible in meeting me at the property if I had additional inspection needs and worked around me when needed (ie dropping the keys to me personally upon settlement).
