Tom provided excellent advice on the best approach to sell our investment property and provided an informed market appraisal. He ensured that the house and garden were presented very well (including settlement day). His communication was regular, respectful, honest and transparent. Tom went the extra mile in visiting us twice (100k away) to discuss the property and to sign the paperwork as my husband and I were unable to.
