Sold for a good price in a changing market

The price bidding process was not transparent and I felt being played for paying the high price. I asked to look at the house and it was not supported. There were some issues in the house inspection report that Tom confirmed had been fixed by the previous owner but it did not feel like so. When we moved in, after 1 month, the kitchen tab broke, the oven blew up and the bathroom blogged. Plus after we wired the deposit, I've seen Thomas again. He handed us to a junior for all communication and not even came to greet us when handed in the key. Overall, I don't have a good buying experience and somehow feel neglected by Thomas even though we paid a well above average price for the property.

Tom and Logan worked hard to sell our property and throughout the process were always quick to pass on feedback and updates. They were very professional throughout, and are a great team.
