We had a very short but successful experience with Thomas. We viewed a property listed with him on Wednesday and signed the contract by Friday. Thomas was professional, knowledgeable, responsive and straight talking. I'd have no hesitation using him to sell my property in the future (except we're keeping it!).

We were impressed with Thomas from our first meeting. He is personable, intelligent and has an excellent knowledge of the real estate industry, particularly the market in which we were selling. He kept us thoroughly informed with transparent updates throughout the sale process. He was keen to achieve our objectives and we were very satisfied with the result. Thomas was a pleasure to deal with and we would certainly recommend him. We regard him as an exceptional agent.

Tom kept us well informed throughout the purchase and brought the sale across the line for us with his superior negotiating skills. We are very pleased with the result and can’t wait to move in now.

Thomas had a clear focus on getting the best result from the outset. Throughout the campaign the market changed, but he always had a clear plan and kept me informed about what to expect and how he intended to deal with sale. His clarity of communication and ability to adjust to the changes of circumstance is ultimately what lead to such a successful result, and why I would recommend him to anyone looking for an agent in the area

Tom sold my mother's house. He went out of his way to help her . He was always so courteous and efficient and achieved a great result for her. We would highly recommend him!

Very pleased with Thomas

Tom always looked engaged & interested in the open house inspections. He was positive & keen to secure a good result. He is very knowledgeable of market prices in the area. His positive attitude allowed the marketing process to be less stressful. I would recommend Tom to assist anyone thinking of selling their home.

Tom recently sold my apartment in Greenwich. Tom was amazing to deal with and always available to answer questions and/or address concerns throughout the sale process. He provided valuable insight on how to present the property and throughout the sale process I felt informed and confident in his ability to achieve the best possible outcome. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tom to friends or colleagues or using him again in the future.

This is the second house I have sold successfully through Tom. He is pragmatic, realistic, tenacious, honest, consistent and concise in his communication. Wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

Pleasant to deal with. Very accommodating. Made the transaction smooth and easy.

It has been a pleasure to have had Thomas Merriman as our Agent. He is so very friendly and professional in his dealings and went the extra mile for us as our home is on a difficult block. He gave us good feedback after each Open Home with informative reports. We are very pleased to be able to recommend him as a Great Agent.
