He was always honest about valuations and always ensured I was kept up to date with viewing information when marketing was occurring. I feel he went above and beyond a mere 'agent's' role in the detail of his work and attitude and instilled my trust.

Thomas is a new young Agent, who has to learn a lot in this trade, selling a property alone does not make you a Good Agent, though he is professional in what he does, but he lacks that human touch, trust and compassion which is required in any profession when dealing with people. Understanding people and their requests and going slightly out of way to help them will make him not only good for his profession but also for himself and can take him long way in his professional carrier. I am saying this because of my personal experience with him, a simple request by us for extra access visit to measure kitchen was flatly refused by him, which caused us not only psychological stress but also extra financial burden,A request which we think was not unreasonable. Well I think giving a honest opinion/feedback if asked for is best for the person's future,as not many people will give their precious time for same. I wish him best of luck for future. Ajay
Thomas showed an in-depth knowledge of the market conditions. He gave us objective feedback that the market was possibly cooling off a bit but maintained a positive outlook that they would keep trying reach the goal/outcome we set. He also has very good people's skills where he listened to what we were saying without making us feel that we were being unreasonable with our expectations. His advice during the preparation of our house for viewing was invaluable, and took into account our views in maintaining the appeal we felt for our home.
Tom sold our house for us prior to auction, he negotiated a very good price for us prior to auction. The advertising was extremely professional and this assisted in the sale.
