The use of WhatsApp, googlemeet and emails helped us understand the response to open house numbers, prospective buyers' feedback and competing 'like' sales. Whilst there was enormous interest, we were kept realistic with market expectations. It was disappointing that the market has come down, but this is out of our control. We appreciated the advice to hold tight to the 1.5 - 1.6 mill reserve and were great relieved when buyers came in at the reserve and that auction conditions were adhered to before the second auction. Thomas, Markus and Logan worked hard to following up other potential interest. They, as well as Angela, displayed great courtesy, timely advice, good knowledge and professionalism.
