Tom and the team maintained great communication with us throughout the whole process. The property was prepared and marketed well getting a great response online. In particular the sales video and strategy of promoting the property location in relation to schools and public transport was done very well. The expected value provided at the outset was somewhat optimistic which made it difficult at first to attract a suitable level of serious buyers. Once expectations adjusted the property sold and we are happy with the sale price that was achieved. Tom and all his team are very professional in all aspects of the sales process.
